The Mentorship Committee oversees the mentoring, education and leadership opportunities available to our membership. In addition to internal programs, the Mentorship Committee manages our external mentoring program with the Young Women’s Leadership Academy. Beyond mentoring programs, the commitee oversees the nominations and recognition of members through awards and oversees the nominations and selections for the Carla Higgins Memorial Scholarship. The Mentorship Committee hosts a monthly conference call.
