LLC (Legacy of Leadership):

All Past Presidents and Board Members are eligible to serve on the Legacy of Leadership Committee. Committee members assist with annual awards, Nominating Committee, mentorship events, and other tasks at the request of the current board. CFL (CREW Future Leaders):

Boost your leadership skills and connect with others new to the real estate industry by joining the CREW Future Leaders Committee. Committee members have the opportunity to expand their network through social, mentoring, and philanthropic events. Are you interested in joining this dynamic Committee?

Communications:

The Communications Committee streamlines all communication related to CREW programs, special events, and industry news through our website, quarterly newsletters, and social media. The Committee manages CREW Fort Worth’s public relations and media efforts by promoting social media platforms, tracking stories and mentions of CREW Fort Worth members in the news, and ensuring our member base is informed of their peer’s media mentions. Our Committee manages the organization’s social media program by interacting with other CREW Committees to ensure all facets of CREW Fort Worth’s events, activities, and members recognitions are reported to the real estate community and our member base. If you have good writing, social media or editing skills, or if you love the inside scoop, this Committee is for you.

Programs:

The Programs Committee is responsible for planning and executing monthly luncheons. Speakers and panels cover a wide range of topics relevant to commercial real estate, and are selected based on timely and relevant regional real estate projects and issues. Committee duties include developing program ideas, inviting and securing speakers, insuring that speakers understand program topics and parameters, and coordinating AV and set-up with CREW Administrator. Committee members collaborate with other Committees to ensure overall meeting success.

The Special Events Committee is a Sub-Committee under Programs to help plan and execute our annual signature Fall event, and joint holiday party with the Real Estate Council of Greater Fort Worth. Our Committee is also focused on members-only events to provide added value for Chapter members, such as: project tours, networking events, brown-bag events, etc.

The Golf Tournament Committee is a Sub-Committee under Programs responsible for all duties related to the planning and execution of the annual Spring golf tournament. Funds raised by the CREW de Mayo Golf Tournament benefit CREW Fort Worth’s leadership and professional development initiatives, including the Carla Higgins Memorial Scholarship.

Treasury:

The Treasury Committee coordinates event registration and works closely with the Treasurer to prepare the budget and assist with financial matters. Our Committee hosts a monthly conference call.

Partnership:

The Partnership Committee's primary responsibilities are to solicit funding and annual support from local companies in Commercial Real Estate. Our goals are to retain partners year to year, by continuing to add value to their partnership with CREW Fort Worth, as well as to recruit new partners. Our Committee hosts a monthly conference call.

Oversees membership application and renewal process, and provides member-focused services, including new member breakfasts, strategic recruitment events, and CREWBiz training.
