Membership classification is based on your particular qualifications and experience in the commercial real estate industry. Please review the membership criteria below and select the applicable membership classification for you. Persons serving in a support capacity (assistant or secretarial position) or staff position are not eligible for membership.
Full - open to individuals currently employed in, and with 5 or more years of experience in, a qualified field of commercial real estate (QFCRE)**
Pillar (Full + Benefits) - open to individuals currently qualified for full membership. Includes one (1) full membership plus 10 monthly luncheon tickets, one (1) ticket to the signature event, recognition on the website, hyperlink to the member’s CREWBiz profile, recognition at annual membership events, and priority seating at speakers’ table for monthly luncheons
Associate - open to individuals currently employed in, and with less than 5 years of experience in, a QFCRE
Affiliate - open to individuals currently employed in, and with 5 or more years of experience in, a field related to commercial real estate (such as furniture or flooring vendors/suppliers, janitorial or security services, etc.)
Civic – open to individuals currently employed with a government or public agency, university, or other non-profit organization
Student – open to individuals enrolled full-time in an undergraduate, graduate, or post-graduate studies pursuing a field of study intended to lead to a career in a QFCRE (eligible if not currently employed in a QFCRE)

Open to individuals currently qualified for full membership.
Associate Member ($300)
Employed in a substantially full-time, professional position, the primary responsibilities of which are in one or more of the Qualified Fields of Commercial Real Estate (with less than 5 years of experience)

Employed in a field related to commercial real estate which supplies a service or product to Full Members
